QUALITY ASSURANCE
DIRECTOR |
Client is based
in California and would like to find someone already on the west coast or
someone who use to live there and is wanting to return. The position directs
the development of programs, policies and procedures for the organizations
quality assurance projects that support business and process improvement
goals of the company. Will provide technical assistance to plant operations
and management of quality assurance processes. Will have multi-plant
responsibilities. This person must be degreed, advanced degreed individuals
will be given first consideration. Must have a strong quality background to
include HACCP, micro lab experience, regulatory compliance, sanitation and
microbial hazards.
Salary up to $125K plus a bonus.

| MAINTENANCE MANAGERS |
This is a canned food manufacturing plant located in the Midwest region.
Needing a degreed candidate and strongly prefer someone degreed in an
engineering related field. Will report directly to the Plant Manager. The
plant employs 300 people total with 3 salaried and 15 hourly reporting to
this person. Must be flexible on working off hours when necessary. Salary
will be $70K - $85K plus up to a 15%
bonus.

MANAGER |

Seeking a degreed Human Resources Manager that will fulfill a generalist
role in a fresh food processing facility. Bilingual in English/Spanish
strongly preferred. Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a
previous Manager role with 7-9 years being more desirable. This is a union
operation so any previous experience working with a union operation will get
first consideration. Current manager is seeking to retire in the next year
or so which will create immediate advancement potential. Located in the
Great Lakes Region. Salary is in the low $80’s to $90K, is also bonus
eligible.

| QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR |
This is an aseptic processing facility needing an experienced supervisor
that has to have a minimum of 4 years previous experience in a quality
supervisors role. Will have to rotate between 1st and 2nd shift from time to
time to insure that quality standards are being properly meet. Reports to an
on-site Q. A. Manager. Must be degreed preferably in one of the sciences.
Located in the Southwestern region. Compensation will be $55K to $60K plus a bonus
incentive.

This is an aseptic processing facility that needs an experienced
maintenance Manager for their plant located in the Great Lakes region. A
degreed engineer is probably going to be a requirement for this position and
someone with an engineering degree and background will be given first
consideration. Company offers a great relocation program with a strong
benefits package. The more previous food industry maintenance experience a
candidate possesses the better chance of securing the job. Salary: $85K - $95K plus
bonus.

large beverage manufacturing company. Candidate must be degreed in
Accounting, Finance or Economics. CPA and MBA level candidates will be given

financial analyst, inventory control, etc. experience in some form of food

facility is seeking a candidate who will be responsible for planning,
organizing, directing and managing the maintenance department plus will
manage all contractors involved in design, modification and construction of
the company facilities and equipment. Will also manage a maintenance budget
for planned suppliers and outside contracting of 2-3 million dollars. Will
manage a staff of 24 mechanics and technicians. Salary range will be
$75K-$100K plus a 20%-40% bonus plus stock options.

Midwest canning
company seeks “EHS” manager for multi plant responsibilities. Candidate
should be degreed and certified in NPNES with 5-7 years experience in
environmental engineering or safety management. Responsibilities include 60%
safety/hazard response planning, 20% workers compensation, 15% waste-water
reporting/storm water pollution and 5% governmental compliance. Salary range
will be $60K-$70K, plus 15% bonus.

MICROBIOLOGICAL/SANITATION MANAGER |
This Midwest client
seeks a degreed candidate to develop, establish and monitor the
microbiological performance of incoming, in process and finished products.
Candidate will also monitor lab techs and hourly production employees,
provide microscopy information and develop new microbiology and sanitation
technologies to improve operational effectiveness. They will also be
responsible for lab equipment and an annual budget of $750K. Salary range
will be $60K-$70K plus 15% bonus.

Same mid-west canning company as stated above needs multiple supervisors
to manage 8 to 10 technicians on 2nd shift. Seeks a minimum of a 2 year
degree and 5 years of industrial maintenance knowledge with electrical
systems, welding, boiler applications, pneumatics and hydraulics. Salary: $50-$60K
plus overtime of approximately $10K a year.

This Midwest client
seeks a candidate to manage a bottling facility. This is a union operation
therefore union experience is preferred. This person will report to the
Director of Operations and oversee the duties of 8 production Team Managers,
2 Production Assistants and 140 hourly employees. Will be responsible for 7
production lines. Salary range is $75K-$95K plus a 20% bonus.

seeking 2 Maintenance Team Leaders from the beverage industry to manage
10-20 maintenance mechanics. One is 1st shift and the other is 2nd
shift. Salary range is $60K-$70K plus overtime plus a 15% bonus.

CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION SYSTEMS |
This beverage
industry position is international in scope and will direct the integration
and implementation of SAP Systems of processing facilities worldwide. Travel
will be 40-50% and candidate will be involved in plans for future
acquisitions, product growth and new product introduction plans. The key
function of this position is Systems Integrations. Salary range for this
position is $100K-$140K plus 30% bonus, plus stock options, etc.
