Client seeking A candidate who will have responsibility to travel to the
80+ suppliers of fruit that goes to the processing plants. Extensive travel
will be involved during pack season. Will supervise a team of 6 trained
inspectors. Duties include monitoring the supplier quality requirements and
regulatory compliance programs. Developing partnerships with suppliers if
critical so written and verbal communication skills is a must. Candidate
needs to possess a B.S. in Food Science or Agriculture and have a minimum of
5 years of experience. Based in the Great Lakes region. Salary will top out
at $60K plus a bonus.

| QUALITY SUPERVISOR |
|
Client produces aseptically packaged fruit products for use by industrial
food manufacturers. Will be involved with supervising batches and keeping
records of all in process work. Will also monitor the company HACCP and GMP
programs to insure proper procedures are being adhered to. Must also ensure
that all customer commitments are met including release date deadlines. Will
lead as well as participate in focus groups to implement programs that meet
with company objectives in quality, production and safety functions. Strong
preference for candidate who are degreed in Food Science, Microbiology or
related sciences. Should have at least five years of food quality control
experience. Salary will be up to $55K with a 6% bonus option.

| PROCESS TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST |
|
Client produces aseptically packaged fruit products for use by industrial
food manufacturers. Must be willing to travel 20 to 30% between two
manufacturing plants. Will be involved with production scale-up of new
products to insure successful launching of a new line. Duties also include
completing industrial trial logs and existing product auditing. There will
also be formula modification requirements whereby formulas and processes
must be reviewed with the Process and Technology staff prior to change in
procedures or executing a trial run. Should have at least five years of food
plant experience. Salary will be up to $60K with a 6% bonus option. Must
hold a Bachelor's level education, Master's level preferred.

Company produces multiple lines of flavors and enhancers for beverage, bakery, meat, confectionary and dairy companies. Candidate's skills will be applied to the areas of expertise. Located in the upper Midwest. Salary depends on experience and product knowledge.

| FOOD SCIENTIST / CHEMIST, DAIRY |
This candidate must be able to quickly assume responsibility for
technical support of dairy applications including formulation development,
scale-up and plant trials. Will actively develop new products and improve
existing lines. An emphasis is placed on providing complete dry ingredient
systems, formulated to achieve the specific product attributes required by
clients. Will be involved in sales support and plant assistance to
customers. 60% travel will be required in this position. Must have a
thorough knowledge of dairy product formulations and process requirements.
B.S. in related area a MUST. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
