SUPERVISOR - Need 3 |
Within the last several days we have uncovered multiple needs for
Supervisors all across the nation; needed in the central part of the U.S.
and in the northeast. We need experienced
supervisors that have worked in fluid milk, cheese and whey products.
General request is for degreed candidate's but experience is the most
critical. Some of these openings are first shift, many will start on an off
shift. Will supervise 25 to 40 people. Please submit a current resume with
geographic preference and current salary identified. Salary ranges from $50K
to $70K.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS |

Client is based in the Northeast seeks multiple production supervisors (one
day shift & one night shift) for a specialty processor manufacturing UHT /
ESL products. Those with UHT experience will get first consideration but
client is willing to look at aseptic experience too so long as there is
dairy experience in their background. Will manage a staff of 30+ people.
Degree is a strong plus but not required. Salary will be $60K to $65K
possibly more depending on the individual and experience.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER |

Client based in Northeast is looking for an experienced Quality Manager who
has to have a solid dairy production background. Must be able to handle
every aspect of the quality department from the lab to final inspection
before product is shipped to the customers. Will also be working directly
with end customers making sure that any quality issues being raised are
resolved. If there is need for a recall this person will handle all aspects
of that function. Must be a strong communicator both internally and
externally. Need someone that can do more than just understand and follow
guidelines but someone who car write and implement programs to strengthen
the quality department. Salary range is $95-$110K .

PLANT MANAGER |
Large New England fluid
milk plant seeks an experienced Plant Manager who has previous working
knowledge of a fluid milk operation. This is a large manufacturer that runs
24/7 and will manage 150 people, both direct reports and hourly staff. First
preference is for a degreed individual but primary focus is the fluid
milk experience. Salary range
is $110K-$125K and a 10-15% bonus.

PRODUCTION MANAGER |

Mid
Atlantic fluid milk processor seeks a Production Manager. Plant employs
270 hourly, non union personnel and processes milk, orange juice and tea.
Manages a staff of 1 Department manager and 4 supervisors and over 50
hourly. Reports to plant manager. Degree required. Salary range is $75-90K
plus a 10-15% bonus.
