contacts with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Has a proven track
record of accomplishment with every employer where he's been employed. Based
in a major metropolitan city in the southeast, first choice is not to
relocate and travel as needed but is open to relocation for the right
position.

Holds a B.S. in Biology with a Chemistry minor. Started
career as a Research Specialist for a major University before going into
industry in 1997. Has worked in beverage, pharmaceutical and ingredient
manufacturing environments. Knowledgeable in in R&D, QA/QC, HPLC, FTIR, UV/VIS,
cGMP and GC programs. Living on the west coast but is open to relocation.

FLAVOR CHEMIST |
Well educated, holds a B.S. in Food Science with an overall
GPA of 3.41, GPA in Major was 3.63. Has worked solely in the ingredient
industry. Experience includes working with flavor compounds, fragrances,
starches, citrus, alcohol and microwave heat technology as it relates to
frozen foods. Has experience in drying, pasteurization, sterilization and
sanitizing of food production with Fortune 500 companies.

Holds a B.S. in Organic/Analytical Chemistry. Then went on
to complete a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry. Implemented a
complete QA/QC laboratory start-up which included developing all end process
of the quality control testing. This plant manufactured over 100 aroma
chemicals, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, essential oils and
food & drug materials. Has working knowledge of sensory and flavor
specialties. Has also worked with Kosher certified products. Has supervised
as many as 40 hourly employees in Quality department. Also familiar with
ISO-9000 & 9001 regulations.

MANAGER |
Holds a B.S. in Economics and was pursuing a Master's
program in Economics before needed to commit to a full time career. Has 25+
years of food industry experience having started off in the Quality area
learning all the manufacturing processes before moving into a sales
capacity. Sales experience incorporates 21 years of that time. Was covering
a 14 state region marketing various food ingredients such as blended
seasonings, spices, cures and extenders. Sales figures exceeded projected
goals 18 of the 21 years. Strongest product base is in the meat industry but
open to all food related products.
