Started off with an education from Johnson & Wales University as well as having started his career in food service as an executive chef. His career path took him through multi-million dollar catering companies that specialized in Convention Centers and World Trade Centers. Left that and went to work for a major sweet goods producer as their Corporate Product Development Technologist. Developed brands that enjoyed national roll out in over 3,000 locations. Has also completed an MBA degree in Marketing. Wants to concentrate search in the Northeast. (Desired Salary: high $70's to low $80's)
 
  B-2106     SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT 
This individual has been with his present employer since 1997. Has held five different position with them including a promotion and transfer, which a company will only do if you are talking about a really sharp individual. Has progressed up from a Customer Service role into operation and when the company wanted to get more involved in the Six Sigma techniques this individual was trained and when on to become a Black Belt. Developed and implemented projects in a 250+ employee plant that so far have saved close to $1,000,000 in just 3 years. (Desired Salary: low to mid $80's)

Has been in the bakery industry for his entire career starting in 1979 joining one of the largest names in the baking industry. Stayed in sales that entire time and has evolved from a Route Supervisor to a Director of Sales. Has massed a pile of sales accomplishments over the year and has increased sales in ever position he has held. Strongest contacts have been gained in the Southwestern region all the way up the Pacific Northwest territory. (Desired Salary: Low $100's to $120K)
 

  B-4206     R & D SCIENTIST
Exceptionally educated, holds a B.S. in Food Science and Technology plus has obtained a HACCP Certification. Bulk of experience is with cookies and crackers but does have limited exposure to dairy products as well. Been with present company for two years during which this person has experienced two promotions and a transfer. Has been involved in formulation changes and scale up on new products. Wants to enter a role that is purely R & D and/or Product Development, current position is that of a Quality Assurance Supervisor. Desires to live in or near a major metropolitan city in the eastern half of the country. (Salary Desired: mid to high $50's)
 
  6-05B      INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Bi-lingual in both English and Spanish. Has been selling to major accounts in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latin America and the United Kingdom. Would like a position that doesn't require travel to all parts of the world, would love to call on Mexico and parts of South America. Holds a B.A. degree and then completed a Master' s in International Business. Has sold bakery mixes to industrial bakeries that produce breads, cakes, muffins, fruit fillings, icings and glazes.

Most recently working for an ingredient manufacturer who provides fruit and flavor substitutes for commercial baking operation. Has also been an A.I.B. Instructor. Likes working for a company that makes their own products, likes being hands on. Knows fresh and frozen products.

  6-07B     VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Held a 3.25/4.0 in completing a BSBA with a dual major in Marketing and Management. Has been in food sales since 1987 advancing from a Sales Representative to current slot as a V.P. of Sales. Responsible for managing $400 million class of trade. Achieved all sales goals to national chain accounts which resulted in a 17% YTD increase of total volume. Has done both hiring and firing of sales staff managing as many as 19 direct reports plus all broker and distributors.

  6-08B     MAINTENANCE MANAGER
20+ years of maintenance experience with three major bakery companies. Well educated holding an ASIE degree, then completed a BBA degree in Management before moving into a Master's program where he completed a degree in Environmental Engineering. Has had as many as 38 people reporting to him . Very strong in bread operations. Is a Licensed Stationary Engineer and has an A.I.B certification in maintenance engineering, machinist and a MIG/TIG welder.

  6-09B     FOOD TECHNOLOGIST
Holds a B.S. in Dietetics. Has worked for both an ingredient supplier as well as a direct manufacturer developing baked goods. Is especially strong in sweet goods but has also worked with crackers and bagels. One employer had her doing flavor applications for beverage items. During a layoff she even went back to take a course to become a Certified Master Class in Baking, which she did complete. Very affordable as well.

  6-10B     WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Completed a B.S. in Accounting. Has managed the transportation and the distribution function. Been responsible for as many as 15 warehouse personnel and 18 drivers. Maintained all DOT documentation for drivers. As a testimony of his worth an employer outsourced the distribution function letting everyone go in that department. Three years later when this was not working as planned they restarted their own distribution center again and recruited him back.

  6-11B     CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Holds a B.A. Degree and then went on to complete a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Looking to join a small to medium sized company that is ready to go to the next level. Has owned and operated his own retail donut company which serviced 100+ DSD accounts and had 4 retail outlets. Sold the business for a profit. Held the position of Vice President of a start up that went to $4MM in sales before selling this company too.

Not a job jumper, joined last employer right out of college in 1987 when he finished a B.B.A. in Management. Started in the shipping department and moved into purchasing. Is currently pursuing a C.P.I.M. Certification. Assisted in implementation of SAP for their plant. Trained employees in how to use the system. Through vendor selection was able to reduce on-hand inventory by over $1.2 million and eliminated 12 hours per week of down time.

  6-13B     REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Holds a B.A. Degree. Got his start in the food industry in 1991. Has had only two employers during that time. Very strong in restaurants and food service sales. Was recognized last year as the top Regional Sales Manager in the company. Took sales from under $500,000 to over $1.7 million in a 7-year time period. Managed 35 distributor accounts in addition to making direct sales calls. Also sold to prisons, military and casinos.

  6-14B     PACKAGING ENGINEER
Holds a B.A. Degree in Packaging Science from Michigan State University. Has been out of college for a few years and now has some practical working knowledge of what goes on outside the classroom. Coordinated equipment for new line that changed the format of pouch dielines. Maintained and updated unit load drawings, container graphic drawings, material standards and packaging specifications. Strong computer literacy.

  6-15B     CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Wonderfully educated! Holds a B.S. in Marketing, then completed an MBA Degree. Was most recently managing the P & L and marketing activities for a $1.8 billion foodservice distribution business. This included 15 categories and 2,000 SKU's. Managed and directed a staff of 10 and had responsibility of a $20 Million annual budget. Extended two flat categories to a $20 MM in new sales. Also grew new concepts from 15 to over 300 in just two years.
